There was some shuffling at the top, but only relatively modest changes overall in the 2A rankings.
Lyons displaced Mancos as the top-ranked boys team, while Telluride's showing at the Cheyenne Mountain Stampede solidified their hold on the top billing in the 2A girls rankings.
Aside from that, changes were relatively minor. In fact, the top five positions in 2A girls remained static after the first week of competition.
The next rankings will publish on September 14 or 15. By then, perhaps, we'll see more movement.
