State, of course, looms next. Alamosa seeks to run their string of 3A Boys state titles to three. TCA goes back to the drawing board to try to find a way to get over, around, or through the Mean Moose. Salida's girls also have a state title to defend, but it's a tall order this time around. On the other hand, the win here has to buoy Salida's spirits going into State.
