The crowds were once again massive. Traffic, with the intersection of Quincy and Kipling completely closed, was a nightmare. Improved over last year, however, was trail width and cut of the vegetation in the first 200 meters out of the start. And, in total, Colorado Middle School state cross country sizzled once again.
I'm dividing meet coverage up into two articles--one for the boys and another for the girls. This one, of course, is for the girls.
