Mile High League Mid-Season Track Meet
Date: Tuesday, April 1st, 2014
Time: 3:30pm (Coaches Meeting at 3:00pm)
Site: Liberty Common School Track (1725 Sharp Point Drive, Fort Collins)
Entrance Fee: There will be an entry fee of $5 for adults and $4 for students for spectators.
Facilities: Restrooms are available. Teams are responsible for your own valuables and equipment. The track is a 380m six-lane all-weather track. The discus and shot rings are concrete. Starting blocks will be provided; all other equipment will be supplied by competing schools. The first 4x800m relay exchange zone will be marked with tape, it will be accurately marked and easily visible to athletes.
Pole vault will be contested at Fort Collins High School at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 31st.
Events: All track and field events will be scheduled for this day, but darkness may be an issue this early in the season. This is a CHSAA certified state qualifying meet.
Entries: Each school will be limited to 6 individuals per event and one relay team per relay event. Entries must be entered in MileSplit.com by Tuesday, April 1st at 10am MST. No changes will be allowed after the deadline. There will be no substitutions or additions only scratches at the coaches meeting.
Rules: The National Federation Track and Field rules for 2014 and the 2014 Track and Field Bulletin for
CHSAA will be the official rules of this meet.
Scoring: Six places will be scored (10-8-6-4-2-1) in all field events, track events and relays. Only the top 3 athletes per school per event will be scored.
Entry Fee: $100.00 per school total (includes both boys and girls teams)
Additional Info:
1. 3/16 or 1/8 spikes only.
2. Running event participants need to report to the clerk at the north end of the track by the storage shed.
3. Field event participants need to report to the clerk of the event. All field events will run as 4 final attempts with the exception of the high jump. Girls high jump will go before boys. Starting height for girls will be 4, starting height for boys will be 5.
4. Results will be e-mailed to coaches and put on MileSplit.com by the timing company.

6. Mail completed forms and checks to LCHS, 2745 Minnesota Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
