Race Day Logistics & Details

Order of Events:

8:45 AM: Brief Coaches Meeting  -  9:00 AM: Girls Race  -  9:30 AM: Boys Race  -  10:00 AM: Awards Ceremony

ALL buses and cars will park on CAs campus. Please park in any open parking space. Parking areas on campus are labeled on the course map. To ensure a parking space close to the race start/finish, plan on arriving early! Walking to the starting line from the opposite end of campus takes approximately 7-10 minutes. Parking on South Pierce Street is not permitted.

Click here to download this year's Course Map. The course distance is about 2.2 miles. To cheer on your runners at the halfway point, head over to the Tennis Courts, a quick walk from the starting line!

Four port-o-potties will be located near the start/finish line area. If an indoor facility is preferable, please proceed to the Field House.

HalSports is coordinating the timing for this event. Upon arrival at the meet, visit the registration table to pick up your runners' bibs and shoe tags. Please return all unused packets to the registration table prior to the start of the meet. There is a replacement fee for any lost timing tags. Race fees will be collected at the registration table.  Payment information can be found on the race flyer.

There will be an awards ceremony for each race. Medals will be given to the top 10 finishers; plaques will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.



  • School A: 3 girls, 3 boys = $30
  • School B: 15 girls, 12 boys = $75
  • School C: 20 girls, 23 boys = $100
If you would prefer to pay upon arrival, Entry Fees will be collected at the registration table.

    When calculating Entry Fees, please note that "team" refers to the total number of registered runners from a school. For example:
