What clinched the decision for the school you signed with: I felt very welcome on my visit to UNC, and I knew it was going to be a very positive environment to train and compete in. The team is really close and that was very important to me. I was also excited to compete with some of the girls I used to compete against. The coaches are amazing, and I can't wait to run for them!
Your favorite high school track event: I can't choose just one, but I really love the 4x400, 800, and 1600.
Your favorite high school athletic memory: My favorite memory was definitely getting second place at the XC State Championships with my team. Although we only lost by one point, which was crazy, we still were beyond excited. It was a great way to end my high school cross country career, and an awesome celebration with my team that I love so much.
