If you thought the track season had slowed down by now, you're only partly right. It wasn't a weekend of 20 invitationals strewn all across the state, but there were at least four meets this weekend that were hosting Colorado athletes. That's a lot of track and field for early June. Better still, it was a lot of quality track and field.
For those who didn't care to make the six-to-eight hour drive to to Albuquerque--or the even longer trip to Kansas City or Portland--this was the meet of choice this weekend. And, it turned up some nice performances.
