The Pueblo Twilight is know for distance, and justifiably so. Just so long as we all understand that the explosive events get their time under the sun and turn out some nice performances as well.
And, it was certainly showtime all meet long on Friday afternoon and evening. School records went down, meet records went down, and even one all-classification record took a tumble. Temperatures were close to ideal in the afternoon for explosive events, then close to ideal again in a different sort of way in the evening for 1600s and 3200s.
Dutch Clark Stadium is a little long in the tooth, but it's far from done hosting spectacular performances.
