The CHSAA CLOC committee met today and finalized breakpoints for the 2018-20 cycle for cross country and track and field. Here are those breakpoints:
Cross Country: 5A - 1520 and up; 4A - 788 to 1519; 3A - 304 to 787; 2A - 303 and under
Track and Field: 5A - 1514 and up; 4A - 788 to 1513; 3A - 298 to 787; 2A - 94 to 297; 1A - 93 and under
These breakpoints are based on the just-completed October enrollment counts made across the state.
This means we'll be seeing a relatively modest number of classification changes. I do not promise that what follows is an exhaustive list, but it should capture at least nearly all of them.

In theory, the Regis Jesuit girls division would qualify to compete as 4A, but the Raider girls have recently stayed up in 5A with the boys. It probably makes scheduling easier that way.
Give me a week or so and I should have new 2018-20 classification "leagues" made up so that you can get to work on virtual meets based on the new classifications.
When the cross country committee meets and new regional alignments are hammered out, I'll create a new set of cross country regional "leagues" for next year as well.
