Talk about the recruitment process - what other schools were you looking at, and how did you come to choosing Georgia?

I think overall I had a really smooth recruitment. I was looking at various schools known for the 400 which is my event, but at the end of the day, I fell in love with UGAs atmosphere, everybody is just overall so nice and welcoming, I knew that I could spend the next four years of my life there and thrive as an athlete and as an individual in general. Being on campus is just a warm and happy feeling.

Q) What do you plan to study at Georgia?

I plan on studying communications.

Q) You've had an insane amount of success in everything from the 100 up to 400what are you planning to focus on at Georgia?

I really enjoy running the quarter mile, but I don't want to limit myself to one or two events. I genuinely trust the coaches at Georgia and that they have my best interest in mind, so whether they tell me to run a 100 or 800 I'll do it!

Q) Could you share any goals you have for the upcoming track season?

I am definitely planning on running more 400s than I usually do. I have been working really hard in the off season on things from strength to simple improvements in my form, I am having a better feeling about this season than I ever have before. Definitely hoping to drop a couple more 51's.

Q) What would your favorite high school moment be (so far)?

My school is always alive and is a great time. My favorite memories are probably all of Homecoming week, we weren't stressing too hard about anything and just enjoying our last year of high school.
