MileSplit 50: Final Rankings Are Colorado Heavy

The final MileSplit50 Rankings have dropped, and there are quite a few Coloradans on it! Nike Cross Nationals and Foot Locker Nationals played a huge role in the final rankings, as the best clashed on one of the two courses, or both.

In the boy's individual rankings, Connor Ohlson capped his senior year No. 6, which was a 12-spot leap from the previous set of rankings.

Cole Sprout landed No. 9 in the final rankings, following a seventh place NXN finish, while Dylan Schubert was the third Colorado runner in the Top-25 rankings, landing No. 23. Schubert capped his season with a 14th place finish at NXN.

Cruz Culpepper and Parker Wolfe were just outside the Top-25 rankings, but earned an Honorable Mentions.

For the girls, Samrawit DishonRiley Stewart, and Samantha Blair made the Honorable Mentions.

Among the team rankings, Colorado had six squads land in the Top 25.

The Niwot girls surged late, and hard to land at the No. 3 spot. Their third-place finish at NXN solidified their ranking. Likewise, Valor Christian timed their peak just right, landing at the No. 8 spot nationally.

Cherry Creek and Arapahoe both made the cut as well, capping their season ranked No. 23, and No. 25.

For the boys, Dakota Ridge led Colorado with a No. 7 final ranking, while in-state rival Mountain Vista was just a few spots back in No. 13.
