Here are the preseason rankings for the 2026 indoor season! The competition has already been heating up in Golden, where Colorado Mines has already hosted two indoor meets. So far Isaiah Watson is living up to his #1 ranking in the 60m for the preseason rankings, running 6.83 at the beginning of December. He has the fastest time so far in the event for the state and has already bested his preseason ranking time of 6.85!
Owen Hays ran a massive PR in the 60m hurdles at the second Mines Indoor meet, running a time of 7.87, which jumps him up in the returner rankings and ahead of Jackson Conroy, who has the best returning time of 7.97.
Though the distance events will definitely have a slower start with cross country season wrapping up, Hunter Robbie capitalized on his fall fitness and went over to Boston to run the 3k on arguably the fastest indoor track for distance events. Robbie ran a time of 8:18, which topped his returning time of 8:25!
