Start Times
Field Events 8:30 AM - Running Events 9:00 AM

Arrival Time: no earlier than 7 AM
Coaches Packets will be in the press box area. EVERYONE must enter via the NORTH GATE of the USAFA.

Coaches Meeting - 8:00 in the press box. A light breakfast will be available.

Implements and poles for vaulting will be weighed starting at 7:30 AM outside the storage area. All weigh-ins should be completed by 8:15 AM.

Team Camps - will be located in the bleachers and in any grassy areas. No teams camps will be allowed in the on the field.

Clerk of the Course will be located on the 50 yard line of the field.

Warm-up will be located in the middle of the field. Participants will be called to the track by clerk.

Only clear water is allowed on track and turf. No food, candy, sunflower seeds, colored drinks, etc. will be allowed on the track or turf.

Lunch will begin at approximately 11:30AM in the press box area.

Time Schedule: We will make every effort to stay on time or ahead of schedule.

Awards Medals 1st & 2nd place each event
Ribbon 3rd - 6th place each event
Team Trophies 1st & 2nd Place for Boys and Girls

Scoring Point distribution will be as follows: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Admissions: $5 adults, $3 seniors, $3 students (K-12), 5 and under free
