Athletes in later flights may request to move to an earlier flight if they foresee track event conflict

Earlier flight athletes who check out may be moved to the next flight

Time will be given for High Jump and Pole Vault check out; however, when time has passed and the crossbar is raised athlete will need to take their attempts at the new height
