Meet Information

LOCATION AND COURSE:

The 3200-meter race will be held on the nordic XC trails, tubing hill and bike park at the Frisco Peninsula Adventure Park. Parking is nearby and plentiful. Expect a challenging course that is very spectator and coach friendly. There are two climbs. One short and steep at the halfway point. In the last half mile there is a big switchback climb and rush descent to the line, all readily visible from the finish, making for great spectating and cheering. The start and finish are on grass. There is one road crossing, otherwise the course is 100% on dirt, wood chips or grass.



REGISTRATION AND RACE HQ:
At the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge. Yes, indoor warm and dry registration and indoor restrooms with washbasins!! For runners and spectators! The finish line is right in front of the lodge, and the lodge patio serves as the awards stage.
AWARDS:
Ribbons to the top 10, Insulated Aluminum water bottles to the top 3. A box of donuts to the coach of the winning boys and girls teams.
FOOD:
Gummi Bears at the finish!

TEAM COMPOSITION AND SCORING:

Teams may have unlimited entries. The team competition is based on the top four finishers. Ties will be broken by the fifth place finish.
