Arriving at Glenwood Springs Golf Club:

When schools arrive at Glenwood Springs Golf Club the students must stay on their bus until a member of the Glenwood High School race administration checks them into the venue. They will be required to submit a COVID-19 monitoring form prior to exiting the bus. Once approved to depart the bus your school will be directed to their designated warm up area. They will be required to stay in this area prior to race time. Once a runner is finished running they should go back to their school designated area. Coaches and runners must wear a mask when they are not warming up or racing. There will not be any times posted for this race, and all awards will be mailed to the respective schools.

Waves: We will be running in seven waves. Each wave will start one minute apart. The waves will be determined based on the seeds that will be entered into Colorado Milesplit.

Team Camps: Each team will be designated a team camp near the lower parking lot. These camps will be spread out to enforce social distancing.

Spectators:Due to group gathering limitations from the county board of health and Glenwood Springs Golf Club, Glenwood Springs High School is asking that no spectators attend this meet. If a spectator does come they will not be permitted in the start/finish area or around the designated school area.

Runners: All runners must have masks on during the meet unless they are running. This also includes spectators. Runners must wear masks to the starting line and will be permitted to take them off after the official has given this direction. Runners must carry their masks or leave them at the starting line. Once they finish, they will have approximately 50 meters to put their mask back on.

Results: No paper results will be posted. Please do not go near the timing table to ask for results. Results will be made available soon after the meet on Colorado Mile Split.
