Dear Coach,

I would like to formally invite you to the annual Northfield High School Cross Country Meet. This course will be run at Stapleton Central Park in Denver. The course is flat and fast, roughly 10% grass, 50% crushed gravel, 40% concrete. It has been wheeled out to be 5,000 meters.  Spikes are not recommended. This will also be the same course as the 4a Region 3 meet.

Awards: Plaques will be awarded to the top three Boys and Girls Varsity teams as well as medals for the top 10 runners in Varsity. The middle school and open races will have ribbons for top 10. Open and MS team winners will receive a plaque. 

Cost is $150 per gender or $250 for a full team at the high school level. For middle school it will be $150. If your team is smaller feel free to reach out.

Individuals can be added with approval.

8:30am Girls Open (Unlimited)

9:15am Boys Open (Unlimited)

10:00am Girls Varsity (9 athletes, top 5 score)

10:30am Boys Varsity (9 athletes, top 5 score)

10:55am Middle Coaches Meeting at Finish Line

11:00 High School Award Presentation at Finish Line

11:15 MS Boys 3k

11:40 MS Girls 3k

12:00 Middle School Award Presentation at Finish Line
