Mercy Invitational Saturday, August 27, 2011
-The course consists of a 2 loop on trails around our campus. It is fairly flat but still challenging. It has been measured numerous times, and Coach Hofkes will personally guarantee it is exactly 5000 meters. The course is the same course run for the region meet in region 5A.
-Varsity races will be limited to 7 competitors per team, while there will be no cap on JV participants.
-There will be a middle school race to follow the JV and Varsity races.
-We have drawn anywhere from 20 30 teams over the last 5 years the race has been run. This year we will cap the teams participating at 25.
-Long and short sleeve t-shirts as well as dry-fits will be sold by Eagles Sportz.
-Medals and Ribbons will be awarded to top individuals in each of the races.
