The Fruita-Monument senior was a 19:23 5ker his freshman year. Now he's run 15:38 for a massive leap of 3:44. 

Zastrow is currently the only senior to drop over three minutes from his freshman personal best. 

Heritage senior Jason Becker comes in No. 2 on this list - and he's got Broomfield's James Thomas hot on his heels. 

Becker went from 18:43 to 15:51 for an improvement of 2:51, while Thomas went from 19:06 to 16:17 for an improvement of 2:48.
