Meet Information
A team may enter four contestants in each individual event.
Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 for non-relay events, and 10-8-6-4-2 for relays.
Starting blocks will be provided for competition.
Approaches for the long, triple are rubber so bring 1/8 spikes for those events.
Long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus competitors will receive four attempts.
Hurdle heights will be 33 girls and 39 boys for the 100 and 110 m hurdles.
