To nobody's surprise, yesterday's Runners Roost of Fort Collins Invitational produced a number of top-level performances.
Heading the list of noteworth performances was Evan Appel's 9:15.20 3200. Seconds later, Bobby Nicolls of Regis Jesuit finished, giving Colorado three sub 9:20 3200s this spring. Did anyone else notice it isn't even April yet?
