Last spring, Fort Collins extended a tradition that is as old as high school athletics in Colorado by winning yet another state track and field championship. According to CHSAA records, it was state track and field title number 20 for the Fort Collins boys program. Getting state title #21 this spring, however, will be a formidable challenge, as a big chunk of the 74 points Fort Collins scored walked the aisle at graduation.
