Meet Information

Thank you for registering for the 2025 Rifle Cross Country Meet at Rifle Creek Golf Course!!
Below is the information you will need for the race day (Tuesday, Oct. 7th) 
-Please remind runners and coaches to stay off of the greens!
-Please tell athletes and coaches not to enter the clubhouse, there will be portable toilets in the parking lot. 
-Please clean up all trash and help take care of the golf course so we can continue to use it for our meet!
-Top 10 in each race will earn an award. 
-If you have a big bus with a driver that is not coaching or watching the races, they could drop the team off at the golf course and then go park/wait at Deerfield Park (300 East 30th Street, Rifle, CO 81650) until the end of the meet. 
-The course will be flagged and there will be information about that at the registration table. You can also pay at the registration table.

Schedule of Events:
Registration/Walking the Course- 4pm (please do not walk course prior to 4pm, due to golfers golfing)
Girls Varsity 5K- 4:40pm
Boys Varsity 5K-5:20pm
Course: This year's course will be run on Rifle Creek Golf Course front 9 withthe entire course run on grass or gravel/pavement cart paths. The course isgentle rolling terrain, no significant climbs.

Directions to Course: From South: Take Highway 13 north through Rifle (youwill leave town) until you reach Highway 325 (signs pointing to Rifle Creek GolfCourse and Rifle Gap Park). The turn has a bowling alley on the corner. Follow325 for approximately 3 miles. Golf course parking will be on the right.

From the North: Take Highway 13 to approximately mile marker 4 (before youenter the town), Then, turn left onto Highway 325 (signs to Rifle Creek GolfCourse and Rifle Gap). The turn has a bowling alley on the corner. Following325 for approximately 3 miles. Golf course parking will be on the right.

Entries: Due to spacing issues, we need to limit the number of teams and runners goingforward. The maximum number of teams allowed is 20, so please register earlyon MileSplit. Also, each team is allowed a maximum of 15 runners per race.

Fee: $150 per school
