3:30pm - Coaches Check-in
4:00pm - Coaches Meeting
4:15pm (approximately) - Girls 'A' Race
4:30pm (approx.) - Boys 'A' Race
4:45pm (approx.) - Girls Open Race
5:00pm (approx.) - Boys Open Race
Parking: Fred Thomas has two parking lots - a bigger northeast lot and a small southeast lot; there is also street parking available (pay attention to street signs).
Course Length: ~1.7 miles - green lines/arrows are the start and first lap, red lines/arrows are the second lap to the finish
