2017 USATF-Colorado State Indoor Champs: Lighter Turnout, Big Performances

What's Next?

What's next? Well, on Saturday, most of this same crowd, plus a few buses full of Wyoming athletes, plus a scattering of athletes from around the nation, and even at least one from outside the country, will be converging on the Cadet Field House for the Air Force High School Indoor Open. This meet is as big as it gets for the Colorado indoor season. Expect a heavy turnout. And, even though the Air Force Academy folks run a tight ship, it might be a bit tough this year to get everything done on the published schedule.

If, for some reason, you can't make it to the event, well, there's always the MileSplit live stream of the Air Force High School Open

Number 3 in the series of Mines High School Indoor Opens takes place on Thursday evening. This one is shaping up as the quietest of the series thus far. Not only is the Air Force High School Open a bigger draw than the competing meets the last couple of weekends, but it's also a bit tougher to come back and compete on Saturday after a late evening on Thursday than it is to come back and compete on Sunday.
