Lyons again? Well, maybe and maybe not. The Lions did graduate a healthy chunk of their point-producing machine when Justin Boldt, Matt Radich, and Ryan Boucher walked down the aisle, diploma in hand. It's true that the brothers Such, Paul Roberts, and Tullef Rudlong are still hanging around, but they don't seem quite as invincible as they did last year.

Chasing the Lyons in 2014 will be Rye, Telluride, and newcomer Liberty Common.

Rye is a long-time small school track and field power and their fortunes seem to be on the uptick. Matthew Stevenson and Sam Ambler will bring top seeds into 2014 in the shot put and triple jump, respectively. Ty and Trey Zupancic proved themselves as jumpers this year and should only get better next year. If only the Thunderbolts can put a little thunder on the track...
