Not many people have forgotten that Paonia won the 2A girls crown last spring. And, it isn't too hard to figure out that Paonia brings a lot of talent back from that 2013 team. But, when Paonia starts looking around for the threats who could keep them from repeating in 2014, they don't have to look very far.
Perhaps even more so than Paonia, Hotchkiss brings back the franchise. Hotchkiss will need to spread their talents judiciously, but they have the talent to make a serious run at a state title this spring. If you doubt that, consider that they finished only eight points behind Paonia last spring.
