It's hard to argue with the Lyons distance program, and even more so after Saturday when Paul Roberts ran 9:27 for 3200 meters, Marcel Such 9:45, and Joel Such 9:53. How many 4A and 5A teams ever have three guys under 10 minutes in the same season? But, Lyons isn't all about distance. In a bumper crop year for 2A sprints, Tullef Rudlong is among the very best of the 2A sprint crowd.
