A few last-minute details about Nike Cross Southwest 2016 that you don't want to overlook.
FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Regional Championships will serve as qualifiers into the 13th annual Nike Cross Nationals event, scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd at Glendoveer Golf Course in Portland, OR. In the Championship Race the Top Two Teams and Top 5 Individuals will automatically qualify, and the 3rd and 4th place teams will be considered for an At Large berth.
Registration (3:30 pm - 7:00 pm November 18)
Registration will begin at 3:30 pm Friday, Grande Sports Academy. Packets will be picked up by either name or club name. Please check to see that your bib and timing chip are included.
Packets can also be picked up at the race site, Grande Sports Academy, beginning at 7:00 am Saturday morning.

USATF Card: It is recommended that you have a current USATF card. If you do not have one, you may purchase one at the USATF web site, www.usatf.org (Applies to states that require USATF#, Arizona being the example in this region)
Competitor Numbers are to be worn on the Front only. Shirts must be worn.
Spikes will be permitted on the golf course. (No longer than ¼ in)
The uniform rule will not be enforced. It is encouraged that teams wear a club uniform.
