As we noted in the small school regional summary article, this past weekend of regionals was mostly empty of surprises and quite full of sweeps. Those trends definitely permeated the larger school ranks as well.

Colorado 4A Region 1 Cross Country

As has been observed on the forum, this region is largely a Jefferson County League reunion. And it played out much the same as the Jeffco League did just six days earlier.
