The Jeffco 4A schools have seen something of a revival of girls cross country in the last couple years. Evergreen has had a consistently strong girls team for several years running now, but teams like Wheat Ridge, Green Mountain, Golden, and Valor Christian have seen their fortunes rise in a serious sort of way. It's been a while since a state champion has come out of the ranks of this league, but the day of that happening again may not be far off.
Although the team scoring shown below doesn't appear to be especially tight, any of the top eight or so teams shown below could be a serious contender for the league title next fall with the right kind of spring and summer, and perhaps an incoming freshman or two.
