Nothing after Liberty Bell qualifies as mid season, so this one arrives just in the nick of time. We begin, as usual, by taking a look at the current 5A Girls virtual meet.
If you've been following season results, you're not going to be too surprised to see the top three teams showing up as Fort Collins, Pine Creek, and Cherokee Trail. We could quibble over the ordering of these three teams--a quibble that won't get resolved until May 16--but the trio is clearly performing at a level above and beyond where any other teams are performing.
Of course, if Ashley Miller hadn't moved to Florida, Cherry Creek could easily have been in this mix as well.
