Mountain Vista - It was kind of hard to miss the message sent in track this spring. In case you did miss it, however, Coach Dalby's crew is loaded. MV returns a whopping eight individuals from last fall who posted times under 20 minutes at some point during the season. Most of Colorado already knows about Allie Chipman, Madison Easton, and Jessica Nats, but just about any program in the state would like to have any or all of Abby Suntken, Lauren Soares, Sarah Parker, Mauren Fitzsimmons, and Rebecca Walton. Caroline Smetanka just missed breaking 20 last fall, but made up for it with an 11:53 this spring. And, in case you missed it, Frontier Academy's top runner from last fall ended up on the Mountain Vista roster this spring....
