Actually, all of the schools below belong to leagues, it's just that the leagues they belong aren't big into cross country. Please note that Rye (a member of the Santa Fe League, like Rocky Ford) was treated in the Tri Peaks League preview since they have tended to run in the TPL meet in recent years.
