Dakota Ridge - Although I'm pretty sure Mark Stenbeck would prefer not to see the Dakota Ridge girls at the top of the list, it's difficult to make the case for them being anywhere else. If Mia Valerio and Cayli Hume stay healthy this fall, the Eagles bring a very solid 1-2 to the season's equation and enough depth to bring it all home. It's hard to miss the fact that Natalie Gonzalez, Michelle Renner, and Skylar Lodice were all sub-5:45 types this spring in track. Barring the unknowns of incoming freshman, nobody in the league matches up top to bottom with Dakota Ridge at this point. And, Sydney Hoffman is a potential impact freshman in the Dakota Ridge camp.
