To their credit, I've never heard any representative of Boulder, Fairview, and Monarch complain about it, but it probably does qualify as an extra challenge in their schedule that they have to face one another in order to get to state.
For the rest of us, at least, it's always a quality show. And, this week's regional meet was no exception to that rule.
For the boys race, the main action was relatively restricted to Boulder and Monarch. Boulder has been enjoying performances that get more dominant by the week in the latter half of the season. Monarch, after an eye-popping start to the season, has had to do a little regrouping over the last couple of weeks.
