As has been the custom over the past several years, the St. Vrain invite will once again host elite events mixed in with the high school competition. The elite program has expanded this year to include the following events: men's and women's 100 meter dash, men's and women's 200 meter dash, men's 400 meter dash, men's 110 meter hurdles, women's 400 meter hurdles, men's and women's mile, men's and women's pole vault.
The elite program begins at 5:00pm with the women's 400 hurdles.
5:45 - men's 400
6:10 - women's 100
6:15 - men's 100
7:00 - women's pole vault, followed by men
7:20 - men's 110 hurdles
7:25 - women's mile
7:35 - men's mile
8:30 - women's 200, followed by men
Athlete's representing Canada, Nigeria, Kenya and the United States will be competing in the various events. The fields include Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth games competitors and medalists.
