Each year, the Continental League seems to get a little better. There is no longer any question but what it is among the very most competitive leagues in the state--in any classification.
And, it's not just about Mountain Vista. It's about ThunderRidge, about Regis Jesuit, about Rock Canyon, and pretty much all up and down the league.
This year's meet will be held at Great Lawn Park on the grounds of the former Lowry Air Force Base on the east side of Denver. I believe this is a first for this venue to host a high school cross country meet. And, as good courses are in short supply around this state, we'll eagerly await the evaluations on this one.
