If you've been paying attention the last couple of years, you've witnessed the resurgence of Roosevelt track and field. And, Windsor has a long history of being good, including a state title in the not-too-distant past.
So, the top two teams in this depth analysis for the Tri Valley girls probably don't come as that big of a surprise.
