This time we take a look at one of the two biggest leagues in the state--the Continental League. The Continental League is a mostly-5A bundle of schools with 4A Ponderosa thrown in for good measure. Several very solid track and field programs inhabit this league, which makes for very good competition year in and year out.
Based on returning numbers from last year, Mountain Vista and Castle View are in a virtual tie at the top of the rankings, with Rock Canyon and Highlands Ranch breathing down their backs. It looks like another solid year ahead.
