Shewli Ghosh returns as one of the top sprinters in the Continental League and a centerpiece of ThunderRidge's title hopes.
Early indications point to Mountain Vista as the team to beat in this year's version of the Continental League girls. Vista Nation is followed closely enough, however, by ThunderRidge and Regis Jesuit that it is probably way too early to start growing complacent about things.
