3A Metro member program Peak to Peak walked away with the state cross country title in October, but can they do the same with track and field?
As good as Peak to Peak's distance program is, the 3A Metro depth analysis suggests it won't even get them to the top of the pile in their own league, though they definitely figure as contenders. Right now, Jefferson Academy, Faith Christian, and Lutheran rank ahead of Peak to Peak on the basis of returning athletes. And, recall that Maya Evans has made the transfer to Lutheran (though she does not show up in these rankings since she was elsewhere last year). This could be the most competitive this league has been in a long, long time.
