Mason Finley is arguably, and perhaps indisputably, the top high school track and field athlete in the state over the last decade.
This one wraps up the "Top 10 of the Last Ten" series, a sort of tribute to the top athletes we've seen here in Colorado over the last ten years.
Like the others, this one was difficult to narrow down to ten. The athletes on this list were outstanding, as were several who were left off the list. Before starting, I ruled out the possibility of any duplicate selections from the top ten list for cross country.
