Bayfield's Jordan Lanning will look to defend her state title in the high jump next year

On paper the team race looks insanely close between The Classical Academy, Lutheran, and Peak to Peak. And when I say "insanely close," I'm talking about fractions of points close. If the state meet were run today, there'd be a two-way tie between TAC and Lutheran, and Peak to Peak would be a half-point back - that's how close it's shaping up to be in the team race. 

With the graduation of The Mya Evans, we'll see a new state champion in the sprints. In the 100 it looks like a three way battle between Rebecka Ballard, and the Eaton duo of Lainee Hauer and Michaela Hill.

The 200 looks similar. Lilly Lavier is the top returning, though keep an eye on Nya Henderson - she ran the fastest returning time in the prelims. Meanwhile, the 400 looks like another insanely close race, as this year's finals were entirely void of seniors.
