Talk about the recruitment process - what other schools were you looking at, and how did you come to choosing Georgia?
I think overall I had a really smooth recruitment. I was looking at various schools known for the 400 which is my event, but at the end of the day, I fell in love with UGAs atmosphere, everybody is just overall so nice and welcoming, I knew that I could spend the next four years of my life there and thrive as an athlete and as an individual in general. Being on campus is just a warm and happy feeling.
Q) What do you plan to study at Georgia?
I plan on studying communications.
Q) You've had an insane amount of success in everything from the 100 up to 400, what are you planning to focus on at Georgia?
I really enjoy running the quarter mile, but I don't want to limit myself to one or two events. I genuinely trust the coaches at Georgia and that they have my best interest in mind, so whether they tell me to run a 100 or 800 I'll do it!
Q) Could you share any goals you have for the upcoming track season?
Q) What would your favorite high school moment be (so far)?
My school is always alive and is a great time. My favorite memories are probably all of Homecoming week, we weren't stressing too hard about anything and just enjoying our last year of high school.
