The girl's 4A individual race appears to be wide open, sort of. 

Niwot's Samrawit Dishon, and Eagle Valley's Samantha Blair have got to be the front-runners for "Favorite" heading into the state meet.

These two have raced just once this season - at Desert Twilight, and on that day Dishon came out in front with a 17:08 clocking, which was just ahead of Blair's 17:12, while Joslin Blair was just another five seconds back in 17:17.

Dishon and Samantha Blair are coming off big wins...
