                        Q) What was your most memorable race/throw/jump/vault/moment?

                        My most memorable throw was at a JV meet last year in rifle , had just come off an injured shoulder and I ended up winning discus with a season PR of 89'11

                        Q) Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

                        My own teammates, we always pushed one another.

                        Q) What was your greatest accomplishment?

                        Improvement in my throws by about 20 feet from 9th- 11th grade.

                        Q) If you could do it all over again what would you change about your career in high school?

                        I wouldn't take the time with my friends for granted, when the season was canceled I realized how much i needed them

                        Q) What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

                        Ligament tears in my shoulder junior year

                        Q) What will you miss the most?

                        The time with my team on meet days.

                        Q) What advice would you give to younger athletes?

                        Don't worry about anybody else, if you can improve your own disciplines and you're having a good time then that's all that matters.

                        Q) What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?

                        He really taught me to just take things one step at a time but to still push myself and I think that will help me in life, outside of throws.

                        Q) What are your college plans?

                        I'm attending CMU to major in Elementary education

                        Q) Who would you like to say 'thank you' to?

                        My coach Sean Henry, he gave my team his all and I owe so much to him.
