If the season launches off the starting line, it looks like Parker Wolfe will be filling those spikes.
Wolfe returns with a 5k PR of 14:47, and a 3,200 PR of 9:21. Combined, that's a 24:08. The time is a clear half-minute ahead of everyone else on this list.
Erik Le Roux is the second runner on this list. His 15:10 5k PR and 9:28 3,200 combine for a 24:38. He's the only one within half a minute of Wolfe.
