When you look at 2022, it looks a lot like 2021...
The top two teams in 2021 look like they're the top two teams in 2022.
Niwot and Arapahoe return most of their 2021 state champion squads next year, and like this year, they look like mirror images of each other.
Niwot returns three sub-18 runners, and owns a 1-5 average of 17:44. Additionally, they have a 1:10 1-5 split, and six who have run 18:20 or faster.
Likewise, Arapahoe returns three sub-18 runners, and owns a 1-5 average of 17:45. Their 1-5 split is 1:11, and they have six who have run under 18:30.
Valor Christian returns the No. 3 squad with two sub-18 runners, and an 18:20 average. They own 1-5 split of 1:53, and return five who have run under 19:20.
