Throwback Thursday: Kilah Freelon Torches 42.11 300H

Question: What's better than winning a state title?

Answer: Winning a state title and running a personal best - twice.

That's just how Kilah Freelon rolls...

The Mullen senior sliced and diced nearly a full-second off her 300H PR - from the prelims to the finals - at the 2022 Colorado State Track & Field Championships.

In the 300H prelims Freelon chipped eight-tenths of a second off her PR.

Good?

Not quite done.

In the finals she didn't just run away with the 4A 300H state title. She torched the field, and her previous best, running a 42.13 - that's a Colorado No. 1 by over a second, and a US No. 15
